How to Enroll

To enroll in your 2026 benefits, please visit the link below to make your elections in the bswift system beginning on 10/31/25.

Please note:  Your user name is your BMH employee ID and your password will be reset to the last 4 digits of your SSN.

2026 Important Announcements

• Moving to Unum from Reliance Standard for Life and Disability coverage.
• Eligibility for the Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity plans will change to the first of the month following date of hire.
• Review your elections carefully as some of the rates for Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity plans are changing for the 2026 plan year.
• Non-union employees with a base salary over $150,000 will have a higher employee contribution rate for health insurance coverage.
